The terms that govern your use of the Platform are outlined below, and they are a legally binding agreement between Mega Byte Computer (as well as its subsidiaries and international affiliates, collectively referred to as "Mega Byte Computer," "us," "we," or "our" or "the Company) and you, the user (referred to as "user" or "you") of the Programs, as defined below. We provide industry-relevant certification programs, carefully chosen and uniquely created online higher education, and career support services (collectively, "Programs").

Please read our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and other Platform policies (collectively referred to as the "Terms"), which regulate how you use the Platform and Programs. You consent, agree, and undertake to abide by, be bound by, and adhere to the Terms by using the website or by accepting these Terms in any way. If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to use the Programs and any subsequent use will be illegal.

Mega Byte Computer Intellectual Property Rights

All information and data is referred to as "content," which can include, but is not limited to, text, software, scripts, graphics, maps, photographs, sounds, music, videos, logos, promotions, ads, interactive elements, and other products.

Mega Byte Computer and its licensors are the owners and operators of the platform, programs, and associated services. Mega Byte Computer and/or its affiliates or licensors own all content—including but not limited to online/live lectures, speeches, video lessons, quizzes, presentation materials, homework assignments, programming assignments, programs, code, and other images, text, layouts, arrangements, displays, illustrations, documents, materials, audio and video clips, HTML, and files—that is made available on the Platform or through the Programs. This content is protected by copyright, patents, and/or other proprietary intellectual property rights in India and abroad. Mega Byte Computer owns all software used on the Platform, and it is safeguarded by both Indian and international copyright regulations.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Mega Byte Computer strongly promotes the protection of all third-party intellectual properties and trademarks and respects their rights. We have a policy of promptly addressing unambiguous notifications of suspected intellectual property violations. If we are properly notified of intellectual property infringement, we shall respond by deleting or blocking access to content that is allegedly the focus of infringement.

Please let us know if you think your product or other work has been misrepresented, or utilized in a way that violates copyright, or if your intellectual property rights have been infringed in any other way.

Limited License

Mega Byte Computer gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Programs following these Terms alone. Parts of the Mega Byte Computer Content on the Platform may be downloaded or copied for personal, non-commercial use only, as long as you respect all copyright and other notices included in the content.

Platforms, programs, and any Mega Byte content may not be reproduced, sold, resold, published, altered, transferred, retransmitted, distributed, or used for commercial purposes. Despite the aforementioned, you may be granted access to specific reference materials, digital textbooks, and articles with the consent of third parties. The use of this information is subject to specific guidelines, and you agree to follow all of them.

Limitation of Liability

Whether in tort, contract, strict liability, or another form, Mega Byte Computer and its Educational Partners, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, or suppliers will not be held accountable to you or anyone else for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages of any kind resulting from or connected with the use or inability to use this Platform or Programs. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, data loss, work stoppage, accuracy of search results, or hardware failure, virus, or malfunction.

Site Linking

Links to pages on other websites (referred to as "Linked Sites") may be found on the Platform; these Linked Sites may offer goods and/or services for sale or contain Content. These linked sites are not created, edited, controlled, or monitored by Mega Byte Computer. You agree and acknowledge that:

(a) we do not control or endorse the sponsors of such Linked Sites or the content, products, advertising, or other materials presented on such Linked Sites;

(b) we have no responsibility for the availability or accuracy of information provided by Linked Sites; and

(c) you accept the terms and conditions of the Linked Sites. Any linked websites may be taken down from the platform at any moment, for any reason.

Termination of Rights

If Mega Byte Computer determines that you have

(a) violated the Terms;

(b) infringed upon the intellectual property rights of a third party;

(c) posted, uploaded, or transmitted unauthorized content on the Platform; or

(d) violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms or any other applicable code of conduct, Mega Byte Computer may, at its sole discretion, deactivate your account or in any other way terminate your use of the Platform or enrollment in a Program.

You acknowledge that Mega Byte Computer will not be responsible for any termination of your account or enrollment in a program and that any deactivation or termination of your access to the Platforms or Programs may be carried out without giving you any prior notice. Additionally, you agree that even if your account or participation in the Programs is terminated, Mega Byte Computer may keep and store your information on its systems.
